kelly McPheatKelly qualified teacher since 1996 and has worked within a variety of professional educational establishments from Early years to KS3.  Initially working in mainstream education, Kelly then moved into the SEMH arena and has worked as a Specialist Teacher SEMH since 2003.

Kelly can provide coaching and training to a variety of practitioners enabling collaborative engagement between teachers, pupils and parents. Though individual casework and generic and bespoke INSET training she enables schools to improve their capacity for inclusive practice for children and young people with SEND.

Kelly uses a variety of assessment tools to identify specific individual needs and coaches effective use of these and government guidance documents when working in partnership with schools and setting.  Kelly is fully competent in the EHCp process and One Planning. She will coach staff throughout this process as well as providing professional advice and recommendations for ECHNa.

Sessional rate £90 +VAT (up to 3 hrs) individual child support visit/ coaching/ modelling/SENCO, LSA or Class Teacher support/ ECHNA support.

EHCNA assessment: £300 +VAT (up to 15 hrs including report writing).  Package includes classroom /playground observations, meeting with relevant staff and data collection. Reviewing all professional’s reports, meeting with parents and pupil to collate views and written report including recommendation for EHCNa.

Twilight training set package: up 20 candidates £180+ VAT including training package and photocopiable resources. 20-35 candidates £250 + VAT (2 practitioners provided).

Bespoke twilight: £250 + VAT- up to 20 candidates.  20-35 candidates £300 + VAT (2 practitioners provided).
