Bespoke Education

Kelly McPheat has been a qualified teacher since 1996 working

within a variety of professional educational establishments from

Early years to KS3.  Working in mainstream and SEN education establishment since 1996, then working as a Specialist Teacher

SEMH until setting up Bespoke Educations in December 2020.

Bespoke Education provides coaching and training to a variety of practitioners enabling collaborative engagement between teachers, pupils and parents.   Bespoke Education offers support with

individual pupils as well as and generic and bespoke packages of

Staff support.   In addition, 1:1 tutoring and SEN and ESOL

teaching for years 1 – 11.

Sessional rate

£150 (up to 3hrs) this can include:

·      Pupil observations

·      SENCo support

·      Coaching/ modelling strategies to LSA or Class Teacher support

·      One Planning support including writing short and long- term goals and identifying strategies and packages to support individual needs.

·      Individualised curriculum training and support to create an indvidualised curriculum plan

 

EHC Needs assessment report:

£400 – Package includes classroom /playground observations, meeting with relevant staff and data collection. Reviewing all professional’s reports, meeting with parents and pupil to collate views and written report including recommendation for EHCNa.

SENCo support:

£50 per hour. Content to be agreed by Kelly McPheat and the school during the first session. Support can include:

·      ECHNA support to compete EHCNA paperwork with SENCO

·      LSA deployment plan and identification of skill sets and training needs.

·      Creating staff training to be delivered by SENCo during INSET

 

Bespoke twilight training package

£400 up to 20 candidates including training package and photocopiable resources.  20-35 candidates £500 (2 practitioners provided). Up to 2 hrs. Training can be given on generic topics such as ASD, ADHD, Fetal Alcohol syndrome or managing sensory needs.

 

Individual Pupil Support/Tutoring – Face to Face

£35 per hour. Content and learning outcomes to be agreed with school staff via email prior to support commencing.

Online Pupil Tutoring/Support

Individual – £30 per hour – Content and learning outcomes to be agreed with school staff via email prior to support commencing.

Individual Pupil ESOL Tutoring – Face to Face

£35 per hour. Content and learning outcomes to be agreed with school staff via email prior to support commencing.

Please note that as of 1st January 2022 a fee of £30 per session will be charged for cancellation of support (previously confirmed via email) when given less than 24 hr notice.  Payment received more than 10 working days after invoice has been submitted will incur a late payment fee of £50.
