The first group of Child First Schools have now completed their Thrive Training, enabling them to become fully licensed Thrive Practitioners. The feedback from this training has been first rate and it has been exciting to see so many of our schools begin to implement The Thrive Approach as a whole school initiative.

The Trustees are delighted to confirm that a second opportunity to train has now been agreed.  This is ideal for schools who now wish to ‘step in’ and explore the potential of Thrive as a tool for change within their schools. It is also a chance for those who already have a Licensed Practitioner to train a second member of staff, thus building ‘security/capacity’ within school.

The cost of the full, 10 day, LP Course is usually £1645.00 + VAT (per delegate). However, any school wishing to book via Child First can do so at a rate of £795.00 + VAT.

As you will see there are three groups that you have a choice of joining. These are proposed dates and are in the process of being finalised. The training venue will be Colchester based. As before, participating schools will be required to purchase Thrive Online Subscriptions for their pupils once training is complete. Child First hopes, once again, to be able to offer this at a discounted rate. (Approx £2.70 per student).
